I have been exremely happy with my policy with York-Jersey.  They advised me when I had a water issue and for that I can say nothing but good things . . . but my next year's premium just arrived and it is tough.  I shopped a couple of other sources of insurance and found rates substantially lower than York-Jersey.  My flat rate has not increased in 4 years, I need to cut expenses where I can.

As part of my "world tour" to visit the National members in our association, I had the opportunity to visit with National Field Reps in Claremont NH yesterday.  Despite the overcast skies, a bit of fog and rain, the mountains were beautiful with the fall foliage well on its way.
