I own a mid-sized property pres company in two states and I've been using the "Property Pres Wizard" that Diverse Technology offers for about 4 years. It works perfectly for my needs.
It imports and exports work orders, maps out properties, holds all my workorder history, data/notes, photos, etc... I can invoice from it and run reports a thousand different ways; for budgeting, my accountant, stats, performance, etc... When I bring up a work order it shows the entire property's history and allows me to view every work order related to that specific property.
I dispatch crews directly out of my warehouse and have subcontractors throughout two states. I can adjust the level of administrative rights per user and subcontractors can even assign users underneath themselves.
I know that DTS has other clients using this software, but when I need something specific to my company, I pick up the phone and describe my problem to DTS. Then for a minimal fee, they create a solution and bundle it into my software package.
Also of note; The software is web-based so I can log on from home, laptop, mobile phone and access information from just about anywhere. This I like since other softwares I have looked at require me to be at a specific computer or work station to log on.
I highly recommend trying the "Property Pres Wizard". I was even given a month's access for free to see if I liked it. It is the most cost effective software I have found.
