Debbie Buczek, of Buczek Enterprises, was honored as the 2011 NAMFS Volunteer of the Year.  Debbie and her husband, Dan, joined NAMFS in 1995 when the membership included approximately 50 companies.  Buczek, as it was known back then, has provided services for every current National member including those that were originally Regionals.  Buczek Enterprises is now led by the second generation - Adam, Amanda & Caleb – her children, but she is right there beside them providing support and encouragement.

Debbie has been a tireless advocate for NAMFS and most recently was the Chair of the Membership Committee.  In this capacity, Debbie would attend meetings and conferences on the Association’s behalf in an effort to spread the word and find new members.  During her tenure, NAMFS created its’ first membership marketing material for distribution at these events.  Her positive and kind manner, along with an ability to find common ground with everyone has served NAMFS well over the past 16 years.  She has also served on the Board of Directors, as an Officer and on various other committees.  Additionally, Debbie was one of the driving forces of NAMFS effort to highlight Women in Field Services.
