Please provide information about compines who will furnish letters of recommendations for your NAMFS membership.  NAMFS require two letters of reccomendation. While it is preferred that both be from NAMFS members, at least one MUST be from a current NAMFS member in good standing. The application cannot be processed until the letters of recommendation are recieved. Please ask your sponsor to email letters to Eric.Miller@namfs.org.

Membership Type

Regional Member - Individuals or companies providing service seven or less states
Annual Dues - Regional Membership: $300.00

National Member - Companies providing service in eight or more states
Annual Dues - National Membership: $800.00

Affiliate Member - Mortgage servicing or industry related companies (REO Brokers)
Annual Dues - Affiliate Membership: $500.00

Associate Member - Individuals, Companies and Other Vendors who offer products or services to the field service industry
Annual Dues - Associate Membership: $1,000.00

All current Members have input regarding all Applicants; with a final decision on Membership being made by the Association's Membership Committee.

Regional, National, and Affiliate Member Applicaton Fee: $150.00 (non refundable)
Associate Member Applicaton Fee: $300.00 (non refundable)



Acknowledgement

Before you submit your online application, please read carefully:

  1. Two letters of recommendation are required
    1. One must be from a current NAMFS member in good standing
    2. One from an individual engaged in a business relationship with the applicant
  2. You must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in mortgage field services
  3. All applications are subject to review by the Executive Director and will not be processed until all required documentation has been received. A two week comment period will apply to all applications - no exceptions.
  4. Any applicant who has worked for a NAMFS member within the past 12 months must obtain the endorsement of said member. No application will be accepted or processed without the member endorsement until the expiration of twelve (12) months from the receipt of the application.
  5. If it is determined that an applicant has lied on their application, there will be a two year waiting period before the applicant can re-apply for membership.

Please note: the application process does not begin until the receipt of all required documentation - signed application, application fee and two letters of recommendation.
