  • Communicating with vendors on properties including timeline adherence, quality standards and negotiating bids
  • Answers management requests or inquiries concerning billing, timelines and report problem areas
  • Photo review of completed jobs
  • Responsible for field rep interaction throughout the assigned territory/client
  • Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through adhering to timeline and quality standards
  • Continually maintain a working knowledge of department specific items and tasks
  • Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Past Sales experience
  • Ability to quickly learn company and client software
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload
  • A positive approach to problem-solving
