Contractor/Client Coordinator to work as the “middle man” between the Client and the Contractor. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker that is reliable and an efficient learner. Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Process orders from our Contractor’s to submit to our Clients.
• Create Bids based off of information and photos.
• Ensure work orders are being completed on time.
• Re-occuring phone calls/emails with both the Contractors and the Clients.
• General office administrative work
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills, well organized, self-starter and be able to work well on his/her own
Construction Experienced (Preferred but not Required)
FHA Knowledge is a plus!
• Bachelor’s (Preferred but not Required)
