Attending the NAMFS Leadership Summit gave me fresh insights into property preservation, inspection, and mortgage servicing trends. I heard practical strategies to tackle real challenges, and the opportunity to connect face to face with long time colleagues and industry experts that understand the market conditions. I left with actionable ideas in preparation for the 2026 NAMFS annual conference, and a renewed sense of purpose as a leader in the industry.

Attending the NAMFS Leadership Summit provided a chance to gather with a select group of Mortgage Field Service industry leaders and work on solutions to industry-wide problems. Our industry is facing many challenges, and it is going to take a concerted effort from mortgage servicers, field service nationals, and regionals to drive the changes that are needed to ensure the industry remains viable. During the summit many strategies were discussed, and plans were developed to drive these changes. I look forward to the 2026 NAMFS Annual Conference to hear updates on current initiatives and to discuss new challenges that may arise.
