Participant Reflections and Insights
Another year, another successful NAMFS Leadership Summit!
It’s always a pleasure to connect with fellow NAMFS members and engage in meaningful conversations focused on moving our industry forward.
The pricing initiative was a standout. Now in its final stages, the data clearly supports the need for increases across line items that have remained stagnant for far too long. The committee’s tremendous effort is evident, and their work represents an important step toward pricing that better reflects industry realities.
A new concept - establishing a Certified NAMFS Member program - presents an exciting opportunity to establish a network of vetted vendors, strengthen accountability, reduce liability, and promote higher standards across the industry.
Grateful for the collaboration, thoughtful discussions, and continued commitment to strengthening NAMFS and our industry as a whole.

Getting out of the day-to-day to sit with partners and leaders who are investing in helping their businesses and our industry evolve is critical time for me. The Leadership Summit is about being creative, hearing different perspectives, and understanding how we can be better partners to each other. From AI governance to industry pricing to field safety, we have the opportunity to help shape the field services landscape, and I’m proud to be part of this work

Attending the NAMFS Leadership Summit provided a chance to gather with a select group of Mortgage Field Service industry leaders and work on solutions to industry-wide problems. Our industry is facing many challenges, and it is going to take a concerted effort from mortgage servicers, field service nationals, and regionals to drive the changes that are needed to ensure the industry remains viable. During the summit many strategies were discussed, and plans were developed to drive these changes. I look forward to the 2026 NAMFS Annual Conference to hear updates on current initiatives and to discuss new challenges that may arise.

This year’s NAMFS Leadership Summit truly captured the spirit of collaboration our industry needs. The conversations around vendor sustainability, client expectations, and regulatory preparedness were not only insightful but actionable — setting the stage for stronger, more unified standards moving forward.
