  • Are there any member discounts available?

    NAMFS members receive a discounted registration of $200 per attendee. 

  • How can sponsors and exhibitors apply to participate?

    The sponsorship and exhibitor prospectus is available via a link on this page.  These individual documents detail package options, booth specifications, and pricing.

  • What is the deadline to sponsor for the conference?

    Sponsorship is available up to 1 week prior to the event.  However, certain sponsorships have earlier deadlines for inclusion in printed materials, which is April 13. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot and all the benefits.

  • How do I secure my hotel room?

    We have secured a room block at the conference hotel. The link is above and also included in your registration confirmation email.  Please keep in mind this block closes on April 10, 2026.

  • What is the preferred dress for the event?

    Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire.  It is also a requirement that they wear their attendee badge during the event.
