Exhibit space is assigned to ensure an optimal mix of vendors and easy attendee flow.


NAMFS will provide an Exhibitor Kit approximately four (4) weeks prior to the event

  • NAMFS Member Rate: $1,500 per 10’ x 10’ booth
  • Non-Member Rate: $2,500 per 10’ x 10’ booth

    NAMFS members receive a discounted registration of $200 per attendee.

  • What is the deadline to sponsor for the conference?

    Sponsorship is available up to 1 week prior to the event.  However; the deadline to ensure inclusion in printed materials is April 13. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot and all the benefits.

  • What is the preferred dress for the event?

    Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire.  It is also a requirement that they wear their attendee badge during the event.
