As the housing market struggles to recover from the damage caused by mortgage rate hikes in 2022, what can we expect in terms of home sales, prices, and foreclosures?

Will housing prices crash, removing trillions of dollars of homeowner equity and causing a repeat of the foreclosure tsunami that happened in 2008? Or has the market already bottomed out, and begun what's likely to be a long, drawn-out recovery?

Join us as Rick Sharga answers these questions, and provides an overview of how the U.S. economy is impacting the housing market; how existing and new home sales and prices are trending; and what's happening - and what to expect next - in the foreclosure market.

Presenter:  Rick Sharga - CJ Patrick
